CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800170 <br /> LAGORIO/DILLON AND MURPHY <br /> Minor Subdivision Application No. PA-1800170 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on November 8,2018. The effective date of approval is November 19,2018. RIGHT TO FARM: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Code Section 6-9004(b), the following note <br /> shall be recorded as a Notice of Minor Subdivision Restriction with the Certificate of Compliance: <br /> All persons purchasing parcels within the boundaries of this approved map should be prepared to <br /> accept the inconveniences or discomforts associated with the agricultural operations or activities,such <br /> as noise,odors,insects,dust,or fumes.San Joaquin County has determined that such inconveniences <br /> or discomforts shall not be considered to be a nuisance. <br /> c.
