-2- <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA-1800318 (SA) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (ResolutionR-00-433) <br /> 4. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application.The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a 30 foot wide right-of- <br /> way from the centerline of Acampo Road to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A fee <br /> based on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for <br /> dedication.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards.Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or <br /> equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more.Required retention basin capacity <br /> shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval,prior to <br /> release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 8. Permit Registration Documents (PRD's shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB)to comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with <br /> Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification(WDID)Number issued by SWRCB <br /> shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file. Contact SWRCB at(916)341- <br /> 5537 for further information. Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction Permit Order <br /> 2009-0009-DWQ shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br /> 9. Owner shall check with the State Water Resource Control Board(SWRCB)to determine if an <br /> industrial Storm Water Permit will be required. <br /> 10. All new structures shall be prohibited within the Federal Emergency Management Agency's and <br /> State Central Valley Flood Protection Board's designated floodways of the Mokelumne River. <br /> 11. A State Central Valley Flood Protection Board's Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for work <br /> done on Mokelumne River and within 30-feet of the top of its banks. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> Contact the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control <br /> District(209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br />
