The proposed site approval <br /> application is within the same vicinity of PG&E's existing facilities that impact this property. <br /> PG&E has existing overhead electric distribution facilities crossing the parcel in question, and <br /> while PG&E has no issue with the development of this property as such, please note that items <br /> such as the waste water tank and galstatic pressure tank that are proposed to be located <br /> underneath this existing distribution line are not permitted. <br /> No structures may be placed underneath PG&E overhead lines that either limit PG&E's ability to <br /> access these facilities or that may lead to a violation of OSHA clearance requirements.
