Escotto; (209) 468-3443 <br /> Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> RE: PA-1100013 (UP), Revised, SU0008600 <br /> 21000 East Acampo Road, Clements <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> t <br /> A. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste <br /> management practices. A review fee of$244 is applicable at the time of submittal. Compliance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br /> w Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure management plan. <br /> B, A soil suitability study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The . <br /> studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building <br /> t permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$610 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> ' The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required, <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> E <br /> D. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.), <br /> i <br /> x: <br />
