Escotto; (209) 468-3443 <br /> Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> RE: PA-1100013 (UP), SU0008600 <br /> 21000 East Acampo Road, Clements <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste <br /> i management practices. A review fee of$244 is applicable at the time of submittal. Compliance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br /> Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure management plan. <br /> B. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> c <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> review fee of$610 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County Prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number <br /> of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br />
