Acampo Road, <br /> Service Request SR0079020. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed <br /> Nitrate Loading study report dated April 16, 2018 and has found it meets the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-1105.2 (d). <br /> SPECIAL COMMENTS: <br /> The results of the Nitrate Loading Study indicate the proposed three-bedrooms, two bathrooms <br /> second-dwelling development has the potential to impact groundwater above the maximum <br /> contaminant level of 10 mg/L. <br /> In order to monitor the effectiveness of the proposed mitigation and pursuant to San Joaquin <br /> County OWTS Standards, Section 2.10, an annual permit and sampling of the onsite water well by <br /> a certified laboratory for Nitrate as Nitrogen is required. The analytical results of the sampling must <br /> be transmitted from the certified laboratory to the EHD by December 31St of each year.
