MS-92-192 ) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil <br /> Suitability Study on the Frank Sasaki property <br /> located at 5800 East Acampo Road , Acampo , CA 95220 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed <br /> for the area in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> subject property . <br /> Permits were found for seven properties . They were <br /> installed between August 7 , 1964 and September 17 , <br /> 1988 . An addition to the subject property septic <br /> system was made on March 17 , 1978 . A pit was installed . <br /> No problems were recorded . <br /> Existing Use : <br /> The existing 20 acres are in grapes along with <br /> a residence . <br /> Percolation Test : <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the <br /> U. S . Department of Health, Education and Welfare and <br /> per requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District . <br /> On January 11 and 12 , 1993 , two percolation tests were <br /> performed by me on the above referenced property in <br /> conformance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 549 . The approximate locations of the test holes <br /> are shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> Both Percolation Test Holes had a percolation rate of <br /> 20 minutes per inch. <br /> A soil profile was not performed because depth to <br /> well water is in excess of 80 feet . <br />
