San Joaquin County <br /> Daphne Shaw City of Stockton <br /> Harvey Williams,Ph.D. San Joaquin County <br /> November 4 , 1988 <br /> Max Seely <br /> Lost Isles Resort C(Dpr <br /> 11050 Acker Island River Route <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> RE: Lost Isles Resort <br /> On October 4, 1988 an inspection was conducted at the above refrenced <br /> facility by the San Joaquin Local Health District staff and Dave <br /> Quinton, REHS, from the State Department of Health Services Local <br /> Environmental Health Program branch. <br /> The purpose of the inspection was in response to a recent complaint <br /> alleging unsanitary conditions at the facility . <br /> The inspection revealed no unsanitary conditions or immediate health <br /> hazards as described in the complaint . It was the general consensus <br /> by the investigating environmental health specialists that some <br /> recommendations would be made to the present owners regarding the <br /> facilities operations . <br /> Recommendations are as follows: <br /> 1 . Install another engineered designed, Health District approved <br /> filter bed system to accomidate the existing filter bed during times <br /> of heavy demand (Summer months June - September) . <br /> 2 .
