Ahern Rd, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board prior to development(California Water Code,Article 4, Section 13260). <br /> B. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant (for the entire development)to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105). The fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> time of payment. <br /> C. Construction of a sewage treatment plant(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to the California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) prior to issuance of building <br /> permits and at least six months before initiating construction of any water related improvement, as <br /> defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water system by the local primacy <br /> agency [Environmental Health Department (EHD)] is prohibited without the concurrence of the <br /> Water Board. Please contact Michelle Frederick by email at <br /> michelle.frederick aawaterboards.ca.00v or by phone at (707) 576-2731 at the Water Board <br /> concerning the requirements for preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, a <br /> permit application to operate Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD for approval <br /> prior to issuance of building permits. To issue a permit to operate, concurrence from the Water <br /> Board is required. A yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to sign off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> E. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to occupancy.
