Ahern Rd., Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> B. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant (for the entire development) to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit(s). A Registered <br /> Engineer must design and sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2). A review fee of $650 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the approved <br /> engineered sewage treatment plant design (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> E. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). A <br /> review fee of$390 is required at the time of submittal. <br />
