Anderson&Associates,Inc., shall <br /> perform the following services that are marked: <br /> ❑ Monitoring <br /> ❑ Periodic Maintenance and Testing <br /> ❑ Reporting to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> ❑ Alarm Response Program <br /> 1.2 Standard Monitoring,Maintenance,Testing, and Reporting shall be performed during normal <br /> business hours Monday through Friday(excluding national holidays) on a pre-schedulcd basis <br /> and as Neil O. Anderson& Associates,Inc. deems necessary or advisable. <br /> y <br /> 1.3 Performance of the periodic Monitoring,Testing, and Maintenance may include repair, <br /> replacement or addition of parts used in the system. The Operating and Maintenance agent of <br /> Neil O. Anderson&Associates, Inc. shall determine in its sole discretion the maintenance <br /> required to render the treatment system operational and in compliance with local effluent <br /> standards. <br /> 1 ' <br />
