1) UNWORM CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE: The following California Building <br /> Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall <br /> be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> (1) The proposed occupancy will be classified as an A-3 occupancy. <br /> (2) A grading plan shall be submitted, and it shall be approved and issued by <br /> the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or fling <br /> of earth material. <br /> (3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (4) Provide parking for the physically disabled.
