State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees, parishioners, and guests the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]) <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to final occupancy approval. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department. (Development' <br /> Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Helath and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department does not have a permit for the construction of the <br /> existing well. The applicant will need to work with Environmental Health Department staff <br /> (Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior RENS) related to the requirements of a public water system in <br /> determining if the proposed use of the existing well can meet the requirements of the California <br /> Safe Drinking Water Act. <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> f. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all demolition material from the premises to <br /> an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-2401, <br /> NOTE: The applicants are advised that an existing dairy and possibly two chicken ranches are <br /> within close proximity to this proposed church facility. <br /> NOTE: Based on the March 29, 2002, response from the California State Department of Toxic <br /> Substance Control, the Environmental Health Department is recommending that the site be <br /> tested for organochlorine pesticides such as DDT and metals prior to development. <br /> 4. LATHROP-MANTECA FIRE DISTRICT(Staff Contact. J.R. Monty, 858-2331) <br /> a. The project must conform with the appropriate edition of the Uniform Fire Code (currently, the <br /> 1997 edition)and all related standards. <br /> b. Fire Department Facility Fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule (Industrial/Commercial - $0.29 per square <br /> foot). <br /> c.
