1) All structures shall be set back a minimum of thirty (30) feet from the front <br /> property line; ten (10) feet from the side property lines; and thirty (30) feet <br /> from the rear property line. (Development Title Table 9-610.2) <br /> i. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> 1) Exterior walls less than 20-feet from a property line shall be of one-hour, fire- <br /> resistive construction. Openings will not be permitted less than 5-feet and <br /> protected less than 10-feet. <br /> .2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). <br /> 3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located <br /> as close as possible to the primaryentrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" <br /> sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). <br /> D. Provide one van parking space. <br /> i <br /> 4) As indicated, the proposed multi-purpose building will have an occupant load of <br /> 343 and, therefore, will be classified as an A2-1 occupancy.
