State law requires that land use <br /> STOCKTON, within airport areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan(ALUP). <br /> TRACY, <br /> AND The permit application to construct a church facility(APN/Address: 204-020-04; 10948 S, <br /> THE COUNTY OF - • <br /> SAN JOAQUIN Airport Way,Manteca) falls within the Conical Zone of the Stockton Metro Airport's Area of <br /> Influence, Few restrictions are necessary for projects that fall in this zone. However, all proposed <br /> projects must adhere to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. The <br /> standards pertinent to these zones for all development include, but are not limited,to the following: <br /> 1 <br /> ➢ The use of non-reflective materials,transmissions, and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> ➢ Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 <br /> dB; <br /> ➢ An avigation easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator; and, <br /> ➢ Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a <br /> review by Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form 7460- <br />+ 1 entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration.
