DEMOLITION PERMIT: A demolition permit for the existing mobile home shall be obtained <br /> prior to or concurrently with the application for a building permit for the group care home. <br /> e. SETBACKS: The structure shall comply with the following setback requirements: <br /> ,(1) The proposed home shall be set back a minimum of fifteen (15) feet from the side y <br /> property line. (Development Title Section 9-310.5). <br /> r <br /> f. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern <br /> and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete <br /> or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface.
