No outside storage is allowed unless <br /> sufficiently screened from view from the adjacent <br /> iroperties and located on the least visible portion <br /> of the site. No storage areas shall be allowed adja- <br /> cent to the front building facade. <br /> All outdoor refuse containers shall be screened by <br /> a six-(6) foot minimum enclosure.
