t BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAOUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-00-595 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PURPOSE CONCERNING NO. <br /> 00- STOP SA <br /> JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 1TTY C/O DEPARTMENT OF <br /> AVIATION) <br /> METROPOLITAN AIRPORT <br /> WHEREAS, ' on October 5, 2000, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS <br /> on October . 31, 2000, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> cend.uct a public hearing on said natter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in a,-cordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> WHEREAS,. this Board of Supervisors has approved a Negative <br /> Declaration for Special' -Purpose Plan No. PP-00-2; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determines that Special <br /> Purpbse- Plan.No. PP-00-2 is consistent with the General Plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Special Purpose Plan No. PP-00-2, attached hereto and made a <br /> part of this Resolution, is, hereby approved. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 312` day - of October, 2000 by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: MARE-NCO, SIEGLOCK, SIMAS <br /> NOES: NOME <br /> ABSENT: GUTIERREZ <br /> EDWARn `A:°'SjMA ,.
