Pay all applicable connection fees and/or capital improvement fees required by City ordinance to <br /> fund the necessary improvements to the domestic water supply. <br /> M , <br /> Y <br /> 2. Comply with plumbing, metering and other water conservation measures in effect, including the <br /> 16 Best Management Practices included in the City's Urban Water Management Plan, 1995 <br /> Update. <br /> + 3. Perform water system analysis of the annexation project areas utilizing methodology approved by <br /> f the Department of Municipal Utilities and dedicate a water well site(s) as required by the City to <br /> support the annexation project developments prior to the development of new water supplies and <br /> adjacent master plan facilities. <br /> Significance After Mitigation: Potentially Significant until additional long-term water rights and <br /> supplies have been secured by the City. <br /> Mitigation implementation and Monitoring <br /> I Implementation: The Department of Community Development would collect fees in conjunction <br /> with building permit issuance_ The Department of Public Works will oversee <br /> water system analysis. <br /> Monitoring: The Departments of Planning, Building, and Public Works shall verify that <br /> conditions are attached to Tentative Maps and that necessary dedications are made <br /> or secured prior to approval of Final Map. <br /> I' <br /> Id 4 <br /> Y <br /> M <br />
