The soil suitability study was completed in <br /> anticipation of San Joaquin County;Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) requirements for this property. <br /> The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> F9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> . conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information, geologic <br /> l maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> F! the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14,2003. <br /> j 1.1Site Description <br /> F1 <br /> The Assessor's Parcel NumbersAPN for the Site are 177-080-10 and 177-080-09. The parcels are <br /> 0.896 acres and 1.180 acres in size (Pl to 1). The county application number is 05-420 (SA pre- <br /> application.)
