Airport Way, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements p q rements I;<stod below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage for Parcels 1, and 2. This must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must <br /> be,paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> h <br /> NOTE: A Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated January 11, 2006 has been <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department and not reviewed yet. <br /> C. The existing private water well on Parcel I shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of deed or recordation <br /> survey. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin j <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> k <br /> E.
