Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> t <br /> modified. <br /> l A. Prior to issuance of building permits, state on revised site plans the maximum number of <br /> employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, <br /> show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> r <br /> NOTE: The submitted site plan failed to adequately show the existing septic system. In <br /> addition,parking is not permitted over the existing septic system and the 100% <br /> replacement area(see Service Permit 4 SR0020479, dated September 10, 1999). <br /> B. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e))as follows: <br /> • Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> C. The existing private.water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s).
