COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> SU-90-10 <br /> 9 . The property shall annex to Linden Street Lighting District <br /> Prior to approval of the Final Map to provide for the <br /> operation and maintenance for street lighting . <br /> 1.0 . A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the acceptance <br /> of the Final Map to provide for the operation maintenance anC <br /> improvement of the Storm Drain system. <br /> 11 . Alfalfa Street shall be extenjed northerly to serve the <br /> subdivision . <br /> 12 . A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with the <br /> County Standards for the purpose of determining the R-Value <br /> for the design of the roads . <br /> 13 . All utiliiies shall be underground except power transmission <br /> facilities of 35 EV or greater . Public easements shall be <br /> provided along the road frontage of the subdivision and as <br /> required by the public utility companies . <br /> 15 . Offer of dedication of ground water rights is required . <br /> 16. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on <br /> Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County <br /> Standards , and shall be shown on the improvement plans . <br /> 17 .
