(5) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. The developer shall implement the District ' s Dust Mitigation Measures during all on-site construction. f. The developer shall notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date of construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The developer shah use file number SU-91-9 in communications to the 00tri.ct and mark it to the attention of the planning section. g.
