The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is <br /> not likely to cause serious public health problems . <br /> • This Finding can be made because the subdivision' s design <br /> and improvements are required to meet the County' s <br /> standards for residential development. The subdivision <br /> will be served by a public water system, a public sewage <br /> disposal system, and an interim starm water retention <br /> pond on the site. <br /> 7 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will <br /> not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, <br /> for access through or use of property within the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> • This Finding can be made because no public easements are <br /> existing or proposed for this subdivision. <br /> S . Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are <br /> consistent with the General Plan. <br /> • This Finding can be made because all land or improvements <br /> to be dedicated will be required to meet the County' s <br /> development standards that have been adopted to implement <br /> the General Plan's Residential Development Policies. <br /> 9 . The design of the subdivision provides, to the extent <br /> feasible, for the future passive or natural heating <br /> oncortunities in the subdivision. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the lots are large <br /> enough so that individual dwellings can be situated to <br /> take advantage of solar orientation. <br /> '4' <br />
