If any wood shingle, shake, or other wood or similar <br /> combustible roofing materials are used, there shall not <br /> be two residences with these types of roofs built next to <br /> each other. Tile roofs are preferred by the District. <br /> e. Prior to the sale of any home/lot, the developer shall <br /> make available to the buyer information on residential <br /> fire protection sprinklers and have a California State <br /> certified contractor available to install an approved <br /> fire sprinkler system when requested by the buyer. <br /> 8. SHERIFF'S OFFICE: <br /> a. ' The developer shall incorporate crime prevention and <br /> defensible space concepts into the design of the <br /> subdivision, using the guidelines established in the <br /> California Model Building and Security Ordinance as <br /> established by the California Crime Prevention Officers <br /> Association. <br /> b. Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be dedicated <br /> on all lot frontages on the final map. <br /> b. Any relocation of PG&E's existing facilities shall be at <br /> the developer' s expense. <br /> 10. CALTRANS• <br /> a.
