(5) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> (6) All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to issuance of any building permits <br /> or the beginning of any construction. <br /> S. PARKS AND RECREATION. <br /> a. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-9621 of the Planning Title, the <br /> developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in Section 9-9264 . Arrangements for the payment <br /> of the fees shall be approved by County Counsel prior to <br /> Final Map recordation. <br /> 6. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT- <br /> a. The developer shall install pelletized fuel fireplace <br /> inserts in each of the subdivision's residences. <br /> b. The developer shall provide electric lawnmowers and <br /> electric blowers with the sale of each residence. <br /> C. The developer shall stub a natural gas line to the <br /> backyard of each residence for a barbecue in order to <br /> avoid the use of charcoal burning units . <br /> d. The developer shall abide by the PM-10 Rule and the <br /> Indirsct and Araawide Source Review Rule. <br /> e. The developer shall implement the District 's Dust <br /> Mitigation Measures during all on-site construction. <br /> f. The developer shall notify the District in writing with <br /> respect to the actual date of construction/grading one <br /> week prior to said activities . The developer shall use <br /> file number SU-91-9 in communications to the District and <br /> mark it to the attention of the planning section. <br /> g. The developer shall designate a person to maintain <br /> adequate record keening of mitigation measures, if <br /> applicable, for the District's staff when making <br /> scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> 7 . LINDEN-PETERS FIRE DIS'T'RICT: <br /> a. Plans and specifications for the water system shall be <br /> submitted to the District for approval prior to the <br /> recordation of the Final Map. <br /> -3- <br />
