Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. Prior to the <br /> issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either <br /> be bonded for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from <br /> the serving entity. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division for existing structures. <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 1. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State -standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> d.
