By addressing the nature of <br /> improvements and the construction phasing and sequence, the review of this project should <br /> be facilitated. More specifically, <br /> the site is situated on the north edge of Linden, immediately west of Harrison Street (see <br /> Exhibit A). The site is comprised of 34.22 acres which is proposed to be developed as 134 <br /> lots under the R-1-8 zoning district.
