By addressing the nature of <br /> improvements and the construction phasing and sequence, the review of this project should <br /> be facilitated. The developer ofTlor Ranch, Atherton Homes, has formulated the following <br /> development strategy in order to'determine the cost, timing and financing of the proposed <br /> improvements. As the construction documents or improvement plans are prepared, the steps <br /> outlined in this study may be altered somewhat to enable the developer to optimize the <br /> efficiency of construction. p <br /> t <br /> PR <br /> OJECT.DESCRIMON <br /> ;M <br /> 3 The application under review is I,for vesting the Tentative Map of Tract No. 2461, commonly <br /> ' <br /> known as Flor Ranch. The property is located in the southeast quarter of Section 15, <br /> 1 <br /> Township 2 N, Range 8 E, MDB&M, San Joaquin County, California. More specifically, <br /> the site is situated on the north edge of Linden, immediately west of Harrison Street (see <br /> Exhibit A). The site is comprised of 34.22 acres which is proposed to be developed as 134 <br /> lots under the R-1-8 zoning district.
