i <br /> i <br /> Analysis <br /> On December 12, 1991,the Board of Supervisors conditionally approved a vesting tentative map for Major <br /> i Subdivision Application No. SU-91-9. The expiration date of December 12, 1994, was automatically <br /> extended two years to December 12, 1996, by emergency legislation signed by the Governor on <br /> September 13, 1993. <br /> Development Title Section 9-881.4(a)and Subdivision Map Act Section 66452.6(e) provide that the Review <br /> Authority may grant a Trme Extension-for a period or periods of time not to exceed three years. <br /> Subdivision Map Act Section 66452.6(c) also provides that the Review Authority may grant a Time <br /> Extension for the period of time that a lawsuit was pending in a court of competent jurisdiction. <br /> The Time Extension application is requesting a three-year time extension plus an additional 27 months <br /> for the period of time the lawsuit delayed the project (San Joaquin County Superior Court Case No. <br /> 240608, filed by People's Organization for Land Preservation).
