Planning Department <br /> December 19 , 1990 <br /> Page 2 <br /> x The District does not currently have capacity to provide <br /> sewer service to that portion of the Property which is out of <br /> District , and has recently expanded its sewer treatment <br /> facilities pursuant to order of the State Water Resources Control <br /> Hoard to provide sufficient capacity for development within the <br /> existing District boundaries. The costs of providing additional <br /> capacity necessary to provide service to that portion of the <br /> Property which is out of District will be determined by the <br /> District and imposed upon the landowner pursuant to Requirement <br /> No . 3 , above . <br /> The District has also agreed to negotiate with the <br /> landowner/developer as to the timing of installation of certain <br /> required improvements .
