The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: ^C. <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow <br /> prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge <br /> pipe, but not less than 6 inches.
