Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey, applicant will need to demonstrate that <br /> proposed property line(s) will meet the minimum distance requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Well standards for the existing domestic well on the proposed Parcel 42. <br /> B. The proposed 25-foot easement on Parcel #1 appears to cross over an existing septic system <br /> 10�in violation of the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. Prior to recordation of deed or <br /> record of survey, either the easement needs to be rerouted or the septic system needs to be <br /> relocated under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department. <br /> 41, 0e� <br /> C. The agricultural well appears to be located on Parcel #1 (not depicted on site plan map). <br /> Applicant shall provide evidence that the existing well meets the minimum distance <br /> requirements to the proposed property lines in accordance with the San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the <br /> Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $186.00. <br />
