King and Vanzetti <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> Page 2 <br /> Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way local <br /> residential street. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1, 2 , 3 , & <br /> 4 and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. <br /> The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by <br /> a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> for approval. As an option the Department of Public <br /> Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00. ) (Development tile Section 9- <br /> 110. 3) <br /> (g) All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specification <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> (Development Tile Section 9-110. 3) <br /> (h) The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate <br /> Right of Service Units (R.O. S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have <br /> been paid for the proposed subdivision prior to approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. (New sewer laterals shall be required <br /> when parcels 1, 2 , & 3 are developed. Approvals for <br /> sewer hook-up from City of Stockton and County will be <br /> required prior to issuance of building permit. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-110 . 3) <br /> (i) The subdivider shall initiate processing of "Segregation <br /> of Services" . (A $250 . 00 plus $15 . 00 per lot" fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240. 2) (Development Title Section 9-110. 3) <br /> (j ) Requirements for construction of new sewer laterals shall <br /> be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> (k) A "Will Serve" letter from California water Service <br /> Company shall be required. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 110 . 3) <br />
