y <br /> ! <br /> ;i. <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-509 <br /> I Griffith <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-509 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on December 3, 2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> I� <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval iiwill expire on June 3, 2005, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> III <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: John Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> September 19, 2003. <br /> I� <br /> b_ NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal g descriptions of the lands to be <br /> review and forwarding to the Community <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for9 <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
