I <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one 8.31 acre parcel located at <br /> 2771 N. Arata Road, Stockton, California. The project is in a farming community <br /> s and is surrounded by agricultural land. It is zoned AG-40. The project parcel number is <br /> i APN 101-120-28. There is one homesite on the property. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to construct <br /> an olive mill at this west end of the property. V/ <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED_ FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Jack Bozzano has owned the property for more than 10 years. He was a <br /> kpartial owner with Leanne Scannavino until just recently. He is now the sole owner. The past <br /> and present use of the property has been an orchard and a homesite. Future use of the parcel will <br /> be for homesite purposes and the rest will continue to be an orchard and an olive mill. <br /> l ; <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> l il 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to <br /> construct an olive mill at the west end of the property. Once the mill is developed a septic ,�� <br /> system will be required and built based per the San Joaquin County requirements. There has <br /> been one septic system on this parcel. Permits were researched and illustrate this fact. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed one permit for this <br /> parcel. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: One septic permit has been issued, no history <br /> of septic repair is available for subject parcel. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage 6-0 <br /> pits. (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> h` 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general (3.S) <br /> Farea range in installation dates from 1462 to 2007.
