In addition, the existing <br /> San -Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br />� Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San "Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official flood <br /> maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Arata Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned <br /> riglit-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 .
