CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-04-56 <br /> Gaffney <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-04-56 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 23,2004,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 22, 2005, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff Jennifer Jolley, 468-3161) <br /> a. APPROVAL:This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment as shown on the plan dated March 11, 2004. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT CONFIGURATION: The remainder parcel (all property excluding Parcel "A" as designated on <br /> the site plan)shall be described as one legal parcel pursuant to previously approved Parcel Map-PM- <br /> 81-93, recorded in Book 10, Page 53A at the County.Surveyors office. <br /> d. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts and shall <br /> enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment.
