CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> - LA-93-49 <br /> Daniel Rocha <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. The existing Williamson Act Contract shall be amended to reflect the new configuration <br /> by filing a new Williamson Act Contract with the Community Development Division. <br /> (Government Code Section 5-1240 et seq) <br /> 2.
