NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands <br /> to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division y sion for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, <br /> stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per <br /> Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
