A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> E Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey. A review fee of$186.00 is <br /> k required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> E <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> E <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department previously advised applicant that a Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study is required because of dairy operating and new parcels <br />€ for future home-sites (see PA-03-314). <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of deed or record of survey.
