Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all employees(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.1). <br /> NOTE: <br /> The existing irrigation well shall not be used for domestic purposes. <br /> B. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.1). <br /> NOTE: <br /> If San Joaquin County Community Development Building Division requires fixed restroom <br /> facilities, then an individual sewage disposal'system shall be constructed under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> C. The existing septic system leach f eld(s) shall not be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. <br /> D. The property owner shall cover with soil the exposed portion of leach field for the office <br /> building. There shall be at least six inches of soil over the top of the Infiltrator chambers. <br /> E. The irrigation well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> F. Applicant shall conduct EA notification or obtain a Solid Waste Facilities Permit from the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to beginning operation for an Inert Debris Recycling <br /> Center, Type A processing operation.
