These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> I. Application for a drilling for test holes shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Division before drilling commences. Application <br /> shall contain a map showing test hole location, depth,and method of test <br /> hole destruction. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 <br /> 2. All gas or oil drilling operations shall be performed in accordance with the <br /> rules and regulations set forth by the State Division of Oil and Gas, <br /> California Department of Conservation. <br /> .
