CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-97-41 <br /> Holly Sugar Corp. <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-97-41 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on August 11, 1997. The effective date of approval is August 21, 1997. <br /> This approval will expire on February 20, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> !Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the Issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> 3 aPPly- <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff contact: Jim Van Buren 468-2374) <br /> a. APPROVED USE: the approval is for drilling of a natural gas well (use type: Petroleum <br /> and gas extraction) as shown on the plan submitted June 30, 1997. <br /> b. There must be proof that the applicant has posted the surety bond as required by the <br /> State of California Division of Oil and Gas. <br /> j <br /> C. An application for a drilling permit for test holes shall be submitted to the San joaquin <br /> Environmental Health Division before drilling commences. The application shall contain <br /> a map showing test hole locations, depth, and method of test hole destruction. <br /> d. The site plan shall show all structures, equipment, sumps, and access roads. <br /> e. The project shall conform to the approved site plan. <br /> f. The permit shall become void should the use of the property become a nuisance as <br /> defined by Section 9-110.4 of the Development Title. <br /> g. Unattended sumps small be enclosed by a six-foot (6) high chain link fence. <br /> h. Secure encroachment permits for any access points to the public right-of-way from the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> i. The permit shall expire eighteen (18) months after the date of approval unless all permits <br /> necessary to complete the project have been secured and actual drilling shall be <br /> diligently pursued to completion, or the permit shall be come void. Any cessation for one- <br /> hundred-eighty (180) days or more snail void this permit. <br /> j. This permit may be transferred provided: <br /> 1.
