(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Holly Sugar Corporation APN: 212-230-01 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The <br /> 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 11 feet NGVD. <br /> Arbor Road has an existing variable right-of-way width of 50t feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60t feet. Holly Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> } 2.
