Adjustment Application No. 0A-0700124. was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 30;2007,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice.of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 29, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval,.unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two existing parcels as shown on <br /> the plan dated March 21, 2007. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4). <br /> c. DEMOLITION PERMIT: A demolition permit must be issued and finalized for the existing single <br /> family dwelling on Parcel 1 prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 2.
