The San Joa uin County Community Develo ment Department is a <br /> ResponsibleAgency, pursuant to Section 15096 of the CEQA Guidelines. San Joaquin County is proposing _. <br /> to use the Environmental Impact Report in its review of the Arch-Smrry Special Purpose Plan. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit <br /> them to the Community Development Department no later than September 4, 2002.
