PROJECT LOCATION: In the right-of-way of Sperry Road and Arch Road, between Interstate 5 and Austin Road, south of Stockton. REVISED ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative 1;4r;;flnA OepaFtF:�eRt An Environmental Impact Report was Prepared by the City of Stockton as Lead Agency, for the Arch-S erry Specific Road Plan. The San Joa uin County Community Develo ment Department is a ResponsibleAgency, pursuant to Section 15096 of the CEQA Guidelines. San Joaquin County is proposing _. to use the Environmental Impact Report in its review of the Arch-Smrry Special Purpose Plan. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than September 4, 2002. Comments or recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
