Arch Rd., Stockton <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Written Confirmation is required from the City of Stockton Department Municipal Utilities that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from <br /> the Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve <br /> the development is also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1100.3). <br /> Note: Environmental Health Department has received copy of a letter from City of Stockton <br /> Department Municipal Utilities dated August 15, 2017, which states the condition of City's <br /> utility system at this time, and the requirements that must be met before City of Stockton can <br /> provide sanitary and storm sewer services to the property. This letter is not considered a <br /> "Will-Serve" letter as stated above. <br /> B. Applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required <br /> by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> Note: Environmental Health Department has received copy of a letter from City of Stockton <br /> Department Municipal Utilities dated August 15, 2017, which states the condition of City's <br /> utility system at this time, and the requirements that must be met before City of Stockton can <br /> provide water services to the property. This letter is not considered a "Will-Serve" letter as <br /> stated above. <br /> C. Destroy an abandoned well as identified by a Permit #77-464 under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department prior issuance of building permits as required by <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> D. Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building <br /> 1868 E.
