SA-01-35 <br /> OF PATRICK AND JOANNE FISHER <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for landscape <br /> services in an existing 1,800 square foot building. The landscaping business has six <br /> employees which pickup equipment between 6:45 and 6:50 a.m, and return equipment to the <br /> site between 3:25 and 3:30 p.m. five days per week. This business is currently operating <br /> without permits. <br /> The project site is located on a private road on the north side of Armstrong Road 2,000 feet <br /> west of State Route 99, South of Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments. <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-35 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective elate of approval is . This approval will expire on August 1, <br /> 2001, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary <br /> building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those <br /> Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application.
