I <br /> :I <br /> i <br /> CONDITIONSOF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-51 <br /> J Blysma, et ai <br /> c <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-95-51 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on November 15, 1995, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requlrements shall be compiled lith prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment, J <br /> This approval will expire on May 16, 1997 which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has`been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment/ shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A'Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A° new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development.Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
